These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by DotDigitize Publishing (“DotDigitize,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, submitting an order, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

DotDigitize Publishing provides professional book production, design, and marketing services, including:
Each service package includes specific deliverables outlined on our website and in your order confirmation. All quotes remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise in writing.
To begin work, we require:
No design work begins until payment is received.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe in USD. We accept major credit and debit cards.
Final print-ready files are released only after full payment is completed. Draft proofs may be shared for review during production but are not final deliverables.
Rush services may be available for an additional fee. Standard turnaround is approximately 10 business days.
Depending on your package, you will receive between one and four initial cover concepts.
Most premium packages include unlimited refinements to your chosen concept. Budget packages include a limited number of revisions.
Unlimited revisions apply to improving your selected design — not restarting from scratch with new concepts.
Layout styling changes are included. Significant text changes after formatting may incur additional fees.
Includes social media graphics, animated cover, Amazon A+ content, tagline development, and marketing visuals.
After full payment, you receive a perpetual license to use the final designs for book sales, marketing, and promotion.
Your license does not automatically include merchandise, third-party sublicensing, or use of rejected concepts.
Any stock images or fonts used remain subject to their original licensing terms.
We may use AI as a creative tool in limited ways, such as generating textures or background elements. We do not rely on AI to design entire covers or typography.
If you prefer a completely AI-free process, you may request this when placing your order.
You may request a refund before approving any concept and before significant revision work begins.
Once you approve a concept or receive final files, payments become non-refundable.
Subscriptions are binding for 12 months. Unused credits expire after this period.
You must delete all files we provided and may not use any concepts or drafts.
You are responsible for reviewing all final files before approval, including:
Once you upload files to Amazon, IngramSpark, or a printer, you accept them as final.
All official project communication must be in writing via our contact form or project portal.
Consultation calls are for discussion only; final decisions must be written.
All client materials are kept strictly confidential.
Timelines may vary based on feedback speed, revisions, and project complexity.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not responsible for lost sales, reprint costs, or retailer issues after files are used.
